Due to the delicate nature of our products and to ensure that your order arrives intact, we have limited shipping options available. We strive to keep our shipping prices at the lowest and most affordable option available to you while still delivering our products at the highest quality possible. We package all of our chocolates in padded boxes with ice packs to ensure your order stays cool and secure while in transit. Any time we ship chocolates, it is a risk and we ask that you please remember that when ordering your chocolates to be shipped.
When choosing your shipping option, please note that we will do our best to accommodate your requests and will try to contact you if we need to make changes or suggestions to your delivery date/delivery method. In the event that we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with what we feel is best to make sure your package is delivered safely. Please note that when providing us with your desired delivery date, this is simply a request and not a guarantee. Based on stock availability, the time the order was placed, and FedEx's shipping schedule, we will do our best to make sure we meet all your needs. We ask that you allow us 1 - 2 business days to process your order and 24 hours to chill your package before shipping. If it is urgent or your order is needed ASAP, please give us a call so we may accommodate you.
We use FedEx exclusively for our shipping needs. We make no profit on shipping and provide you with our discounted shipping rates available to us through our business account. We understand that shipping is a bit pricey but we want to ensure that you receive your product in the best possible condition after it leaves our facility. Please note that we are not able to ship packages on Saturdays or Sundays. We are not able to ship packages to be delivered on Sundays or Mondays. Saturday delivery is available to residential addresses using the FedEx Ground shipping option only. We are not able to ship packages to P.O. boxes. If you provide a shipping address to a P.O. box, we will be contacting you to provide an alternate address.
Based on FedEx's shipping schedule and the process needed to deliver your chocolates safely, we have listed each shipping option available and the process for each to help you choose the best shipping option based on your needs.
- FedEx Ground: Most zip codes in Texas can use FedEx Ground and have their order delivered in 1 - 2 business days. Please see the map below for transit times for the FedEx Ground Shipping option. If using the FedEx Ground shipping option, we are able to ship out your order Monday - Friday for delivery Tuesday - Saturday (Saturday delivery for residential addresses only). We recommend you place your order the week before if you're wanting it delivered the following Tuesday to allow us time to prepare and chill your package.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Available for any address in the US Monday - Thursday for delivery Tuesday - Friday. We recommend you place your order the week before if you're wanting it delivered the following Tuesday to allow us time to prepare and chill your package.
- FedEx 2-Day: Available for any address in the US Monday - Wednesday for delivery Wednesday - Friday. We recommend you place your order the week before if you're wanting it delivered the following Wednesday to allow us time to prepare and chill your package.

In-Store Pickup: In-store pickup is available for all of our products. We ask that you give us 1 - 2 business days to process your order. If you need your order the same day you place your order online, please give us a call to notify us as we don't always see orders as they come through (we're not quite like Starbucks just yet).
Local Delivery: When placing your order online and you enter the shipping address, the Local Delivery option will be available to you if included within our local delivery area. We ask that you give us 1 - 2 business days to process your order. We ask that you please check with the recipient to make sure that they will be home to retrieve the delivery. We don't recommend leaving the packages at doorsteps so we will almost always take the order back to the shop if no one is home. Due to rising gas prices, we will not offer another delivery attempt, but the recipient is welcome to come pickup their order during normal business hours. Deliveries can be expected to be delivered between 2pm - 7pm.
All products are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have an issue with your order or received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
